Span doesn’t work across multiple monitors on latest Maveriks

I am using MacBook Pro Retina with second LCD monitor connected to HDMI port.
Mirroring is off.
When Earth 3D Lite works in span mode it only shows earth on the external monitor.
Looks like a bug to me.
